The Hybrid VPS entry at $3/month for 4GB RAM and 20TB of transfer runs at $0.75/GB — below the typical budget KVM floor. The hybrid storage label matters: reads on hot data benefit from NVMe caching, but writes land on spinning HDD. For web hosting, mail, light databases, and general-purpose workloads the architecture is fine; sustained high-write I/O is a different conversation.
The storage lineup is where the pricing stands out more. At $35/year, the 2TB entry works out to roughly $1.46/TB/month — a third or less of the typical storage-VPS baseline. RAID 6 backing means the node absorbs two concurrent drive failures without data loss, a real feature for an rsync target or offsite backup destination. Transfer scales with storage: 4TB/month on the entry plan, up to 24TB/month on the 12TB plan.
